These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, automated web workflows, APIs, and blog (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  1. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent.
  2. Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  3. If you create an account on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

  1. Mobile apps & web automations. We provide tools that you configure. You are solely responsible for how you use the tools, including compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and third‑party terms.
  2. Blog & informational content. Our blog and documentation are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
  3. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

3. User Responsibilities

  1. Legal compliance. You must use the Services in compliance with all laws and obtain any necessary rights/permissions for the data and systems you connect.
  2. Automations & integrations. You are responsible for configuring automations, verifying outcomes, and maintaining appropriate backups. You acknowledge automations may execute actions at speed and scale, and you assume all risks from your configuration.
  3. Your Content. You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, and display User Content solely as needed to provide the Services.
  4. Prohibited uses. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or interfere with the Services; (b) use the Services to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights; (c) upload malicious code; (d) attempt unauthorized access; (e) use the Services for high‑risk environments where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental/financial damage; (f) spam or engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

4. Third‑Party Services

The Services may enable connections to third‑party platforms (e.g., cloud apps, APIs, identity providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party services. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. The Services (excluding User Content) are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. You may not remove proprietary notices, or use our marks without prior written permission.

6. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use them without restriction.

7. Beta & Experimental Features

We may offer preview, beta, or experimental features. They are provided as‑is, may change or end at any time, and may be less reliable than generally available features.

8. Assumption of Risk; Disclaimers

  1. User control. You control how automations run and what data is processed. You are solely responsible for outcomes of your configurations and for verifying results before relying on them.
  2. No warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) your use of third‑party services.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive (including 5–12) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, excluding its conflict of laws rules.

13. Export & Sanctions

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the Services in embargoed countries or for prohibited end‑uses.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
