About Me
My career in digital started the way most good ones do: by figuring things out as they were being invented. Early experience across web development, email, display advertising, and analytics gave me a foundation I still draw from today.
From there, I moved into the agency world building ROI-driven lifecycle marketing programs across industries. Using email and SMS to build real brand loyalty led to some of the most satisfying work of my early career, including a few industry awards along the way.
In 2010, I joined Responsys as a Strategic Consultant focused on retail, helping enterprise clients sharpen segmentation, automation, and customer contact strategies. I supported some of the company's largest new customer wins before Oracle acquired Responsys in 2014.
That acquisition pointed me toward a realization: the data behind the marketing was more interesting than the marketing itself. I joined Datalogix as a Senior Digital Strategist to help brands activate offline and online data. Oracle acquired Datalogix in 2015, and my path into product management began.
For the past 10+ years at Oracle, I've led product for some of the most widely used enterprise data and marketing platforms in the industry. I helped build one of the first and most adopted DMPs in the market, and more recently led development of Unity, Oracle's Customer Data Platform, recognized as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant. We manage billions of customer and account profiles on behalf of our customers.
Today my work sits at the layer where context gets created and decisions get made. I'm building AI agents for internal teams and deploying customer-facing agents that deliver marketing messages, surface insights, and drive real outcomes. We're expanding Unity to serve as the context engine for AI-driven decisioning across accounts and customers. Not AI for the sake of it. AI that makes the people and systems using it genuinely better at their jobs.
This site is my own personal reflection. My excitement to build something and learn along the way. Of course this goes without saying (but we need to anyway), these thoughts and interests are in no way a reflection of my current employer.
